Properties and Applications

PLCT-70/S is a coumarone rubber tackifier. When added to rubber, it can soften, reinforce, increase viscosity, disperse and other effects, thereby improving the processing performance of rubber. It has good compatibility with rubber, can improve the process performance of rubber compounds such as extrusion and calendering, and also endow rubber with good adhesiveness, improve the physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance of rubber compounds, and solve the shortcomings of natural resins such as instability under light, heat and oxygen conditions, poor aging resistance, poor weather resistance and easy discoloration. It is widely used in rubber tires, V-belts, conveyor belts, rubber hoses and other industries.

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 5-20 phr
Packaging: Composite paper bag with PE inner lining, 25kg; 600Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
